Arroz con Leche

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups water
1 cup white rice
2 cups milk
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 (14-ounce) can of La Lechera® (full can, if you prefer sweeter)
Sugar

PREPARATION:
In a medium pot, place 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice and cinnamon sticks.
Once rice is softened, add 2 spatula spoonfuls of sugar. Add the 1/2 can of La Lechera and stir.
Next, add 2 cups of milk. Let it come to a boil, and it's ready! Serve it hot and enjoy, or let it cool and eat it cold!
